Club 1000 Plus Terms of Service

1) Platform Use
Club 1000 Plus is a fitness tracking and social competition platform. You are responsible for providing accurate account and workout information and for your conduct on the platform.
2) Health and Safety
The Services are provided for informational and tracking purposes only. We do not provide medical advice. Exercise involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your training decisions and safety.
3) User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of your content, but grant us permission to host and process it to operate the Services. You may not post illegal, abusive, deceptive, or manipulative content or falsify performance data.
4) Rankings and Moderation
Leaderboard, challenge, and badge outcomes may be reviewed and adjusted by administrators to maintain fair play and data quality.
5) Accounts and Termination
You are responsible for your account security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform integrity or user safety.
6) Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bechara Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to platform use.
7) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with venue in Essex County, Massachusetts, or applicable federal courts in Massachusetts.
